Hello all, click-2-call or click2callu doesn't seem to allow me to place international calls. National calls work perfectly. Note that I can place these calls with my Vonage phone line with no problem but when i try placing it with click2callu, i get a fast busy signal when i pick up my phone. (the website says "000:Request Successful"). for instance, i try URLs like this one to France: https://secure.click2callu.com/tpcc/makecall?username=meeself&password=xxxxxx&fromnumber=19731234567&tonumber=01133139904494 I also tried a number in the UK to make sure it wasn't just an issue with France.
I called Vonage Customer Support and they (tech support) told me click2callu doesn't support international calls altogether but I have a hard time believing this is true (someone would have mentionned it on the forum or on the V website about it)...
any idea what is going on? Is this normal? Can someone try dialing international using the c2c service?
