Post subject: Default packetization rate?
My
Vonage
service was working flawlessly until customer service changed my packetization rate.
Audio quality is now below average, and it would be great to have all of my settings changed to what they were during my first three months as a
Vonage
customer.
Does anyone know the default packetization rate so that I can call customer service and have them change it for me?
I am asking because every time I ask customer service to change it back to the way it was, they change something else and have me reboot my router, which tells me they don't know what the default rate is.

I'm pretty sure it's 20 unless it's changed recently.
