Is there a problem with the Vonage customer site? I've tried to log in with both IE and Mozilla to get my messages and get a notice that the site is not available.
The same thing happened a couple of nights ago. Is this a Vonage problem or is the latest round of WinXP updates responsible?
Thanks! |

Can't blame MS for this one.
The site is down. A few hours ago I got a message that the techs were working on it, but that message seems to be gone now. |

At least once a month the customer site is down. I forwarded my business calls this morning, and now I can not disable call forwarding. I have suggested to Vonage more times than I can count to allow basic operations such as control of call waiting, call forwarding, etc via touch tone. As it stands, if their Web site is down, I'm screwed.
I'm almost to the point where I'm going to have to reconsider a land line. I can't use Vonage for mission critical calls if there is no workaround for a non-responding customer Web site. |

Yeah..this is unnacceptable. This is the second full outage since I became a customer, and I'll be evaluating the site's performance in the coming weeks.
The bottom line is that if you can't access the site, all the features in the world are worthless. |

I wonder if these outages have any relationship to the delay in porting phone numbers.
The new LNP process is electronic, if the site is down, then the local Telco may not be able to send the approval.
What's more, if they lose data because of these outages, then Vonage could actually lose the LNP approval.
I don't know if they use the same system for this, but the potential is not good at all. |
