Well, this message will surely be filtered out as this site seems to be the Vonage propaganda machine but none-the-less.........

I have been waiting since May 2nd to get my number transferred and have recived NOTHING but excuse after excuse after excuse!

I was recently assigned an "Executive Response" customer service rep (who will go nameless) which advised me a "tentative" transfer date of July 5th was set. This date has come and gone without the transfer taking place. T-Mobile the company I'd like to drop advised me that they have no transfer request on record and further stated that HUNDREDS of other customers have received the same song and dance from Vonage..............

I am fed up with all of the excuses and just wish 1 Vonage employee would take charge, tell me the truth and GET THE JOB DONE!!!

This message will more than likely get canned but writing it has allowed me to vent frustrations. Thanks for nothing Vonage LNP department.

Pardon me Mr.Connor? Are you a Vonage employee?

Am I to assume you feel the way I have been treated by Vonage is acceptable? I am of the impression at this point that the CS reps at Vonage are incapable of giving direct and uncanned responses and that they all "tote the company line" regardless of how poor the results are. Calling customer service has become akin to entering the twilight zone or bizarro world and confronting the automatons.



Secondly:
Yes, The number (as stated in my post) is from my cell phone carrier T-Mobile and Vonage was aware of that fact from day 1 and I was advised that it should take no longer than 20 business days.
