MorganB, Keep the forum updated as to what resolution you get. That will be great for people to know what you did/steps taken and what the final outcome was. |

My rebate got declined due to the same issue as well. I called the Vonage 800 number and spoke to some guy in the billing dept. I explained to him what the prob was and he credited $50 to my account. |

I sent in the same rebate in the beginning of June after ordering service mid May. All the other Best Buy rebates came in weeks ago but was wondering what happened to the the $50.00 rebate from Vonage.
It is now 8/3 and still no rebate. After doing a web search on this I came across this thread and decided to give them call at the rebate number listed in this thread. They told me they do not send out the rebate until they have verified 90 days of service with Vonage.
90 days will be mid August so I hope to see a check a few weeks from now. |

Called the Vonage Rebate Center again today. Was told that they have sent the resubmitted rebate information to Vonage and are waiting on a reply from them. She said they should have one in the next day or so. I will give them a call again in a week. I won't get the check for another month anyway as I have only had the service for 7 weeks. Just want to make sure the status is changed from "rejected" to "pending".
Mikerock, dont think you are in the same boat as your purchase was made in May. You will probably get the check after the 90 day waiting period. |

Careful what you say, they apparently delete any messages posted about calling or emailing the ftc and state attorney generals. I just posted 9, and they are all gone..... |

Yes, they were removed (all but one), not because of the content, but because you are flooding the forums with the same content. That is not fair to the members of this site that read every new thread.
Please read your PM (sent long ago) and stop flooding this site.
You can say what you like, once. |

I did not flood, I posted only appropriate information to several different threads. No one has gotten the rebates, no one is getting them either. |

Good news! My rebate has gone from "Rejected" to "required service period". That is accurate as I have not yet had Vonage for the 3 months required under the rebate agreement. So it appears to have been handled by the rebate center. Good thing I made copies of everything before I sent it in the first time. I am glad they took care of it however I feel it would have been a more positive customer experience if they had simply handled it the first time and not rejected the rebate. So all's well that ends well. |

Don't feel bad I have never received a rebate back in my life I use to send them in and I would never get anything back. I am not sure why but I do know that I have never recieved a check. |
