Twice in the last week we have gotten calls in which the caller id time is off by 1 hour. This wouldn't be a big deal except that it resets the clock on our phone, making it 1 hour behind. Again, not a big deal except that my wife uses the phone clock by our bed to determine what time it is in the morning and she actually missed an appointment because it reported the time as 1 hour earlier that it really was.
Anyway, has anyone seen this. When it happens the next call seems to correct it. It was a different caller that caused the problem the second time. |

I would advise on calling us here at customer care so we may reset your device for the correct time. There is a temporary fix for the problem simply log into your web account click on account tab and change your time zone back. But since you indicated that it is not on every call I would advise on contacting us to try and resolve this issue. |

AT&T. We've had the phone for a couple of years and never had the problem prior to switching to Vonage. |

I am getting the same thing here in Western Mass. The voice mail times are correct on my messages, but the caller id readout is 1 hour behind. My time setting on my Vonage account is correct.
I have been resetting the time on the phone nightly but this is a pain... seems every time the phone gets caller id info, it sets itself backwards. The following calls do not correct it in my case unfortunately. How do we fix this besides logging into our accounts and playing with the time zone? It's right for me there so....? Is the Linksys router messing up the time? |

I have had this happen to me twice and changing time zones either in the dashboard or the router (RT31P2) does not affect it. Seems that there is a third time zone control on the CID interface at Vonage. The only way I have been able to get it corrected is to call CS and let them know that I have done all of the above and that they need to correct it and both times they have. |
