Does anyone else encounter periodic problems logging into your Vonage account? For the past 20 minutes I've been unable to successfully log in. I've made it as far as my dashboard (although all of the graphics didn't load), and then it timed out again. No problems with other Internet traffic, and I've encountered this from my home and from elsewhere, so I don't believe it's my ISP causing the trouble.
Anyone else having such problems? Is there an alternate website address I can try?
[edit] Even more disturbing...on my most recent attempt, I made it into the dashboard and saw a note on the right side indicating that "No voicemail boxes were found for your account." That's particularly worriesome, since the whole reason I've been trying to log in is that I'm stuck on a conference call and want to retrieve the VM message that was left a little while ago. [/edit]

I can't get in either, but during one of my attempts I received a bold red notice that said something like this:
The web site is having difficulties. We are aware of the problem and are working on it.
Of course, this is just from memory, since I can't get the error message to repeat itself. So I probably have the wording wrong, but that was the gist of it. |

I haven't been able to log in for the past few hours.
I also started getting the voicemail message about a week ago. If I try accessing the voicemail box it tells me there isn't one for my number. I haven't bothered calling yet as I'm porting a number and I haven't given anyone the temp number so I don't get any calls there. |

It would be nice if Vonage would put a notice on the home page explaining this so that people won't try to log in and just sit there until it times out. |
