"thank you for contacting customer care. Vonage web account accces is unavailable due to an ongoing upgrade of Vonage web account service. This ongoing upgrade does not affect your Vonage phone service. Your web account access will be restored shortly. "
is the recorded message I get when I call in about it. I wonder what their definition of "shortly" is... at least they started the upgrade overnight. Guessing things didn't quite go as planned.
Now I wonder... what "upgrade" was this...and is there anything we'll notice after it's done (other than web access works)? |

It would be really nice if they would expedite this upgrade. it's been hours already! IMO, they should be doing this in the middle of the night rather than the day. My issue is I'm expecting an important call, but I need to leave home for an errand. Without being able to get into my dashboard I can't set the Simulring feature to ring my cell phone. |

I did a brief scan over the features etc and did not see anything different yet...but I did not look terribly in depth on all the menus.. |

Vonage has been great for me as far as providing dialtone - but their customer service **** ass.
At one point I ordered an additional number for my second port.
Two days later a second router arrived.
I tried many many times to have the provisioning moved to port 2 on the original router.
Each time I called in I would start gnawing my way up the food chain to get to someone who could even comprehend the issue only to be disconnected.
I finally gave up.
The issue was only indirectly resolved when I needed a third number which required a 2nd router anyway.
It's a damned shame.
I've referred several people to Vonage - but when any of them had any questions, they couldn't get an answer from Vonage and called me because I referred them.
I no longer refer people to Vonage because I no longer wish to be unpaid outsource Vonage support. |

I was just able to successfully login to view my Vonage account. Everything seems to be fully operational with nothing missing. I think they may have fixed the "flakeyness" of it, meaning before I would click on something and either it would stall (no response) or kick me to the logout page. Looks good so far. |
