I am a major supporter of VOIP/Vonage. It has saved me $700-800 per month in long distant charges. I really think Vonage is awesome and as a small business owner I for one am very happy with the phone service. I hope they continue to prosper and offer additional services. Slight problem today however, I cant log in to unforward my phone from the after hours answering service. Does anyone have a suggestion as to how I might do this soon? This is a medical office and I can’t get calls until I can unforward the phones. |

Now it's giving a 404! Well, at least we know it's not a network problem now. secure.vonage.com is responding just fine, but the login page is not there anymore.
404 Not Found /webaccount/public/login.htm was not found on this server.

If they're having problems that they're aware of, they really should put some notice on the homepage saying so. Especially if it's more than just a few minutes. |

History has shown that hicups in dashboard is the precursor to a new feature being released. |

Perhaps they need a better QC process. |

I sent a support e-mail about five minutes ago. I got this reply in about five minutes:
| Quote: | Thank you for contacting Vonage Customer Care!
In response to your email, unfortunately our engineers have been modifying the web logins and it is not functional at this time. There is no estimated time when it will be back up.
Sorry for any inconvenience. |
At least they were prompt in answering my question. But I think it's really a bad practice to leave the login prompt there and have it crash, rather than at least leading to a page explaining that there's a system upgrade in progress. Argh. |

I am still getting the "The page cannot be displayed" message before I even enter my account and I consequently am not able to even get the dashboard. |
