I am traveling now with my RT31P2 whenever calls come in their CID time is recorded using Central Time, but I am in Pacific Time currently. This not really important, but it would be nice to have the correct time on the CID. I have tried changing the time zone on the router, but to no avail. Router: RT31P2 Phone System:Vtech ev2526 - 2 handset 2.4HGz Digital |

If it's important to you, you'll have to contact Customer Service to change it. However, if you're just on travel, I'd leave it alone and save yourself the time on hold.
I had the same issue when I moved from the east coast to the west coast. All calls came in with the CID in Eastern time until I contacted CS and asked them to change it. |

You might try this:
Log into Vonage.com, go to Account > Edit Account Information. Behold, a Time Zone box! |

However, this only affects the logging of calls in your account for when you review your call activity. it doesn't affect CID unless Vonage has made a change in the past few months. |

I have had the same problem not too long ago. To fix it I had to call CS, as nothing else I did worked. Changing the timezone on the dashboard did nothing. Changing the timezone on the RT31P2 did nothing also.
I have the problem back and again need to call CS once more. |

Ok, I guess I was wrong about that setting. That must mean that Vonage stores your time zone in at least 3 separate places (!) |

Paul248....
You are not wrong... They just didn't tell you everything.
One in the dashboard to keep billing straight. One in the router for logging and DHCP lease timing. One in the CID interface issuing the CID info. |
