I've recently noticed that I'm no longer receiving time and date information on incoming calls. Looking back through my calls (I use the line mostly for outgoing calls...far fewer incoming), I can see time/date info on a call on Jun. 22, and then after that it's missing. I just tried plugging a different phone into my VT1000 and it too failed to receive time/date info (but that works fine when plugged into my regular phone line), so I think it's unlikely that it's a phone issue.
Anyone have any idea what's going on? I know I've reset the VT1000 since June 22, so I don't believe that will resolve the problem.
I'm on hold trying to reach tech support, but I figure the odds are pretty good I'll get a response here before I reach someone there
i had a similar issue a few weeks ago and nonthing that Vonage CS did fixed the problem until I suggested that they switch phone ports and that worked..for now.
