Fianlly, after a week of begging for help on email and using all of my cell minutes, I got an email saying "if you cannot reset the factory default settings, and get a message saying, settings failed, that automatically means that your router is damaged, please forward your home address for me to send a new router out to you." What makes me angry about this is that I have been telling them time and again that I got that message, and asking them if that means that my router is dead since Tuesday! GRRRRRR! Still without phone service, now without cell minutes!!! Now waiting for a new router in the mail! Not the happiest camper! |

You should have asked for it to be overnighted to you...they did that for me when I told them I don't have POTS. |

Thank you, that is a great idea! I also requested that they alter my billing date to reflect my time without service since it took me almost a week to get the correct answer..still waiting for a response.... |
