I was charge $0.99 for listening to a message telling me how to enable Directory Assistance! I there a way to get the 99 cents back, I know its not a lot, but with unlimited local and long distance what is this - an international. |

Yes I got the message by calling 411.
How can I request credit? I didn't see it on the Dashboard. |

If your international dialing is disabled, it wont let you dial 411 |

Exactly - International Calling was disabled so when I called 411 it gave me the set-up instructions, but also registered the call as a 411 call, charging me $.99 |
