Are all three lines used for voice traffic or are one or more used for Fax?
If one or more is used for Fax Traffic, then you may not have the problem with that particular line (unless you get a REALLY big fax).
Just a thought.
Sound! If bad sound were fatal, AUDIO would be the leading cause of Death!

My dilemma is that I have 3 lines on 2 ATA's (motorolla VT1005 and Linksys RT31P2)
I can't port forward to 1 ATA since I need 2 ATA's to accommodate 3 lines.
I am having the same issues, after a while the call drops or either party can't hear.
My setup -
I have the WRT54G hooked up to my SB5100 cable modem with the ATA's behind it.
Any suggestions? |

Here's the exact email I received from a Vonage Rep regarding the problem with the 1 way audio. Not sure if they fixed it because I setup the port forwarding from my Linksys WRT54G router as suggested in this Forum. So we'll see if the problem was actually fixed! Good luck, Scorp
Thank you for contacting Customer Service. I am sorry for any delay in responding.
