Staying here in the Retiro district, I recently experienced something not unlike the Telmex phenomenon of seeing my 1mega reduced to about 700 just by switching my network cable from my Vonage adapter to directly my laptop.
This occurred during/after a strange decay in my general service from my provider. The phone calls were even stranger.
Any idea if Vonage IP is being targeted here in Buenos Aires?
