Hi all, I did a search, but couldn't find anything relevant. Hopefully someone else has encountered and cured this issue...
My RT31P2 seems to be "blocking" a select few websites (www.edealinfo.com, www.forbes.com). These are two of them, I'm sure there are probably more, but they are not sites I frequent.
If I connect directly to the cable modem, I have no issue getting to the sites, so I know it's not my ISP.
I've spent most of the afternoon with tech support, and here is what I've tried (at the advice of the numerous CSRs I've spoken with): - Adjusting the MTU a number of times (1400, 1492, 1300, 576) - Enabling DMZ - Port Range Forwarding/Port triggering on 443
Please let me know if you've encountered this issue, it's driving me nuts! Thanks. |

I have a RT31P2 and I can access both of those sites fine.
Did any of the suggestions help? |

Nope. None of the suggestions given by support helped. This is a huge annoyance. Are your settings as they came in box? I haven't changed a thing, so I don't have a clue what's going on here. |

In terms of things that would change that I haven't - I've only changed IP and password. If it didn't work when you were in the DMZ seems as if it would not be the router, but I have had problems with things in the DMZ so I am not positive. |

I know it. I seem to be the only one with this issue...it's getting ugly. I've since reset the router to no avail. I'm sure tech support is sick of me by now. |

Have you tried checking out the Voip forum at broadbandreports.com also? |

No I have not. I will give it a shot. This problem is unbelievably ridiculous |

I have the same router, but no problems.
What is the rest of your setup like? Do you have a wirless router after or before the RT31P2? |

I do have a wireless router after the RT31P2, but all my time with the CSR I was plugged directly into the RT31P2, essentially taking the wireless router out of the mix. |
