Paul, that was a pretty funny picture...I will have to remember that one!
What is on the admin page that you would need? Just take what happened to the splitech as an example..

Splitech,

Try a factory reset, that should make it try contacting Vonage again, this thread started with instructions for doing just that...

If that fails, sheck IP of the box,(dial ****, 110#), login to the admin and set it to contact ls.tftp.vonage.net

good luck Wink

Well, after 3 hours of **** with vonage, they gave me the unlock password, and gave me the newest firmware 3.0.13, witch all my choppy audio is now gone, and they were able to fix my unit. After talking with 3 diffrent service tech's from india, that are a pain in my butt.. screw them, After talking to then a supervisor he helped me out.

Thanks for your help this stupid forum, that does no good with support.

That will really make people go out of their way to help again...

Also, don't knock the Indian techs so much if I were you. Your grammar has a bit to be desired also.

People still going on about this? (sigh) Its not supported we do NOT unlock adapters (aside from the cisco ata). I will not respond to any more posts or PMs in this thread, but be advised, If i really wanted to go out of my way I can find out whos messing with their boxes by doing a quick search on "admin enable set to yes" and cancel all of your accounts and you can deal with the Terms of Service. Vonage does not condone this behavior, and if I wasnt a very busy person I would do it. Bottom line we do not allow it or will we give out any passwords, so dont ask, thanks.

OK, so you all had some fun here and it hurts me to lock a thread with over 8000 hits... but...

had it not been for the fact that I was traveling when this thread first took flight, I would have curbed it on Park Ave from the start.

Please listen carefully to what enigma91884 has stated above:

The old Cisco ATA's can be moded for a fee. All others are locked, like it or not, they can not be accessed.

I would like to remind the visitors and members of this site that this is a users forum, supported by me.
I have a vonage-forum.com/ftopic1878.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" class="postlink">small set of rules. Discussions that promote violating the Vonage TOS are not allowed.

I am also not very fond of this site being used as a soapbox for RBOC's looking to promote class action suits.

That sort of topic has a home elsewhere.
