I've turned this feature on, put my cell phone number in, and just got a call and after 3 rings my cell phone still had not rung. Not quite simultaneous.
Is it supposed to ring at the same time or does it wait for the amount of time on the "basic call forwarding" tab?
My mobile and Voip ring at the same time, at times a slight delay before the mobile rings... depending on the connection. I have used this feature since signing up with Vonage about three years ago. It is one of my favorites, and I only need give out my Vonage number.

Works fine for me and I enable it quite often. The cell phone and the Vonage phone are within a ring.
I do not set anything in call forwarding. Only the Simul Ring tab. Perhaps this is where your problem is? I have not experimented with both tabs being used.
