I must've spent an hour with this guy trying different things. He'd call me from a debug line, from his cell phone, made my switch to the Phone2 port, etc... No name ever came up.
Diagnostic: My phone is defective.
After 3 years of flawless callerID operation, that phone would suddenly quit at the exact same time my number was ported over? Heck, I decided to bring my phone to my neighbor's house who's still on Bell and what do you know... The phone works!!! |

It's fixed!! A few hours after calling tech support, it suddenly.... out of the blue... started to work again! Vonage must've kept working on my case after we hung up and for that, thumbs up!!  |
