Verizon, my local carrier has released the number. Callers to the number get dead air. I have been calling and calling vonage. They kepp telling me it is with Tier III support.
I don't know why they cannot tell me exactly why they cannot pick up the number that verizon has released 3 days ago.
This is terrible. I cant get any icoming calls to my regular number. If verizon released it, Vaonage should pick it up right away. They have not do so in 3 days.
All you vonage reps out here, please explain why this would be like this. |
