Does anyone know why my "Placed calls" appear to be 5 hours in the future? It seems like they are posting in Greenwich Mean Time instead of the proper time zone (Eastern, or GMT-5 hours). It only appears to be that way on the "Dashboard", the "Activity" page shows the correct time.
Is it an isolated occurence, or is it something a lot of Vonage users see?
It's not a problem, or even anything that really bothers me, I'm just curious.

Thanks for the quick reply, and from a Vonage Rep. at that!

I first noticed it Wednesday. I was just checking the site for any changes or missed voicemail, when I noticed a call placed when no one was home. My wife told me she called that number, but at 7:27 a.m., and it posted as 12:27 p.m. but only on the Dashboard. The "Activity" page shows the correct time. I checked my account settings, and verified my time zone was set correctly. Every call placed since then also posts as 5 hours in the future on the Dashboard.
I don't think it has been happening for long, and as I said, it doesn't really bother me. I just find it rather curious.

I called about that yesterday too. My calls were a few hours ahead of the actual time they were placed. The rep. had no idea what was the cause or fix.

This is the fix I applied for Medic.

Log into your web account go to Account then edit account info and go to the time drop down box .
Select a time (other the the one you have selected) and apply changes. Then go back to the drop down box and select your timezone and apply changes.

This has worked for everyone that I have spoken to about this issue. If you get different results please PM me.
