I have a friend we both sign up for Vonage at the same time. we both had been waiting 2 months for our LPN. someone at Vonage told him to cancel and they got him to transfer his number over the phone. He was able to give the CLEC the information over the phone and 2 weeks later his number was transfered.
I am still waiting. Something is wrong about this whole process. I am told that they are checking ever day. Checking is about like watching grass grow or paint to dry. Someone should be putting fire under someone's feet.
