Welcome aboard. You've posted to a thread that's been dead for over a year. You'll get a much better response to this if you start a new thread in the VoIP forum. Read the sticky message at the top of that forum and include all the technical details it lists there. Also mention your use of the house wiring.

One thing to try first is to plug just one phone directly into the TA. Does that resolve the voice quality problem?

Run the line out of your Vonage adapter to a modem and then the line out of the modem to your home wiring. Most modems add enough power to ring all the phones. Just make sure to disable the autoanswer on your modem!
