Wow...After waiting for 5 months and 9 days, my LNP completed successfully. I sent numerous emails to customer service and called them but nobody could tell why the delay.

But one of Vonage Customer Rep 'Richl' who is member of this forum helped me resolving the transfer. I told him about my case on May 30.

Last week I checked SBC Account page and I saw the disconnect order scheduled to be completed by June 27th. Yesterday evening I got blank call from 'Vonage Holdings' around 7pm, then 2 hours later received 2 emails from Vonage confirming the transfer.

Today morning I checked SBC line and it's dead. Bye bye Bell...

January 20, 2005 Letter of Authorization (LOA) Received
January 20, 2005 Transfer Sent to Carrier
June 28, 2005 Carrier Approved Transfer
June 28, 2005 Completed LNP Transfer
