i've looked to see if there were any posts regarding free calling to Mexico but I didn't see any. So yesterday I made a post putting it on the "wish list" and that post was deleted.... I am sure I made an error and wasn't supposed to link to any competitor sites. Anyways a competitor that starts with an L and sounds like bingo is offering free calling to mexico along with canada and u.s.; I've read this other companies restrictions and its limited to some major cities, and no cell phones which is stupid.
So my question is can Vonage add free calling to mexico or are they at least working on it? |

Yes and my reply to your post was also deleted. What many companies don't realize is that if they have gained the customers' loyalty, those same customers feel part of the company and want the company and its products to succeed. When mistakes are made, they are quite often angrier than the customer who has no loyalty towards that company. I am very satisfied with Vonage but there are a number of features that I wish they would offer that are offered by competitors or sometimes in the case of Vonage and the Bingo company, is offered in the US but not in Canada where I reside. There may be many good reasons for not offering the service but as there is no reply from Vonage representatives, only the worst comes to mind. Feeling as part of the "Vonage team", I'd like to see them offering the best and most features at the best prices. When that's not the case, I get pi**ed off. Instead of censoring my posts, how about answering them. Imagine what we think when our politicians don't answer our questions. Now think if those same politicians didn't even allow us to ask questions. Would that bother you? Of course. You are not doing Vonage any favors by censoring requests but only reducing loyalty until such time as we have to vote you out and go with the other "party" Is this post "censorable"? |

Let me explain.
We have rules. Please read them if you have not done so.
One of the rules is, as we are the "Vonage" forum, is to not link to other Voip companies. You did.
Another rule is for the context of the post to not be mainly focused around another Voip company. Thats the second rule you broke.
Lastly, your post was writen more like a sales pitch for Lingo, almost bordering on spam, which, along with the above is not allowed.
If you have any further questions regarding this. please PM me. |
