I know we all know about this by now but am I the only person that finds this extremely disturbing. Michael Jackson acquitted of molestation, conspiracy, and booze raps. I have lost what little faith(if any) I had in our legal system. Am I the only one that cant believe this crap. And where did they get that jury? From the child pedophile list that Megans Law created?? |

By our legal system, Mr. Jackson is not guilty by reasonable doubt. The jury must have had some doubt of the case as presented. In a civil trial it is by the preponderance of the evidence (which way the scale goes, 51 percent or more). Not guilty is not the same as innocent. |

The mother of the "alleged" victim has a history of scamming, The "Victim" couldn't keep to the same story, I'd say that there's enough reasonable doubt there. |

If that conservative jury could not convict MJ then they should stop trying to pursue him for it until they have proof, ie video or something. That mother had NO reason to be on the stand other than to sabotage the prosecutions case! |
