Quick update:
Richl kindly replied to me and informed me that it definately is not in the system, so it may be the incorrect code, I've now sent two images taken on my digital camera of both the back of the box, clearly displaying the MAC Address as well as the back of the router, hopefully he can point out the correct code for me so that I can get things up and running.
Thanks again. |

Another one
Rich opened a ticket so hopefully it can get fixed today, for anyone else I would suggest pictures of the box and the back of the router so that they may clearly see the code that you're entering, and from there can establish that there really is a problem.
I'll let you know when fixed, good luck to anyone else. |

I purchased a new (I already have 4 other adapters) motorola adapter from Circuit City and the MAC address does not work. I called Vonage and they could not get it to take and I have to get another one sent to me. |

I'm having the same issue, with a PAP2 from Best Buy. This is after I've already had massive problems that resulted in my WRTP54G becoming completely unusable and returned.
I'll be sending a PM, also. |

This may be irrelevant but I've found the mac address IS CASE sensitive even though they tell you it is not. My activation wouldn't take until I used capitals. |

My daughter just purchased a PAP2 at one of The Source outlets in Ottawa. Tried to activate online but the website would not accept the MAC Address. After talking with CS they were told that the MAC belong to an adapter who's service was cancelled over a year ago and they they could not re-activate it. They were told to bring the unit back to the store and ask for a another one. I wonder if The Source will take back. |

The Source did take it back and gave her another unit. She plugged it in everything is working fine so far. |
