Post subject: Options: Headset/USB/RJ-11 Adapter?
In a couple of months I will be moving for 6 weeks several hundred miles away from my apartment, where my ATA and girlfriend will be staying. My cell phone would kill me on roaming, so I think I'm going to go with softphone. I know the basic audio solution is the headsets that plug into the mic/headphone ports, but I'm hoping for something a bit better.
Being only for 6 weeks I don't want to break the bank on a solution. IDEALLY, I'd like to only spend $15-20. Either a USB phone, USB headset (that makes it separate from the sound card) or an adapter that plugs into the USB and gives an RJ-11 plug for real phones, such as:

Any leads?
EDIT:
I forgot about bluetooth (as the laptop already has it built-in), but I think that would be over the price of any of the other options.
