No Problems!

After reading all the neg feed back about Vonage I would like to let everyone know that I have had ZERO problems with Vonage. Ordered online got the stuff in 4 days and it even had a Vonage hat Smile

Hooked up in 5 mins, tested for a week with no problems...Hooked in to house wiring No Problems!

Ported my number over only 13 days...

Everything has been awesome so far!! Thanks to all the Vonage Staff !!

Amazing. You mean I'm not the only one?
After reading some of the comments in these forums, you'd think Vonage was total garbage & ripping people off. But I've been using it for over a year & a half now, have only had one Motorola router, use it to VPN into 2 different office networks, plus VPN back into the home network, use an HP All-In-One fax/printer without problems, have successfully tested 911....... twice, and I had my number ported over from Verizon in the beginning. Of course I've had issues & dealt with Vonage tech support on them, and am very happy with the service I've gotten.
Plus the voicemail & call tracking features are great! Thanks for saving me money over the past 18 months, Vonage. Looking forward to many more.

you are the exception because I too had no problems with the setup but my LOA was received on 5/2/05 and as of today no # ported yet. All my calls inquiring on when this would happen only gets me the standard" we are working on it but cant give you an actual date" Your are definitely one of the few.

You got me beat. My transfer was sent April 13, 2005 and I'm still waiting. That is on my business line formally with SBC.

However on my home phone, my transfer was sent on May 24, 2005 and the transfer made on May 26, 2005. That was with MCI as the former company.

I think it totally depends on the former carrier.

As for Vonage service, I'm very happy with it, but like most people, would always love more.
