Post subject: Hosted Call Center Solutions - Recommendations?
I know this is slightly off topic but I know the denizens of this forum are probably more in tune with the technology than the layperson.
We're a small insurance company that wants to have three or four seats for inbound marketing (sorry, can't outsource, insurance regulations require licensed agents). We initially looked at Avaya IP Office and love the idea but we frankly can't justify the expense of IT personnel in the event something goes down plus all the on-going hardware maintenance issues.
We're looking at angel.com, Contactual, EagleACD, and EchoPass as potential providers of hosted call center solutions. Any others I'm missing?
Does anyone have experience with any of these guys and, if so, who would you recommend?
