Hi everyone. It has been awhile since I have had any issues.....but now I am having one I cannot figure out.

The people I call can hear me fine, however I cannot always hear them.

I have comcast. Don't know if that is where the issue is, since I haven't changed any settings.

Any suggestions or help on troubleshooting this one would be appreciated.

I had the exact same problem. I had the old Cisco ATA box and we first tried opening up a bunch of ports which didn't work. Ended up having Vonage send me the new Linksys unit which I installed today. Now I just need some more people to call me and see if it's fixed!

I had the problem last April and it went away on its own. ScubaSteve is also having the same problem.
