My Current Billing Cycle: May 27, 2005 - Jun 26, 2005
Today is May 27, I only made 4, 1 minutes calls. But my online billing shows 67 minutes. I called Vonage and was told that the May 26th counts for this month Billing Cycle. Does anyone know if thats how it works? It seems wrong... |

I do.
Your billing cycle actually began at 12:00AM GMT, so if you are on the east coast in EST or EDT, I forget which one it is right now, it began at 8:00PM last night. |

As a friendly addendum to Dan's post (nice new pic by the way Dan) and as a reminder to everyone that GMT doesn't change. They don't spring forward and fall back like most of North America does so keep that in mind when the time changes back, your billing cut off time changes by an hour also. |
