I have been with
Vonage
for more than a year now and only had two problems that were resolved by a quick and professional staff. I'm located half-way around the world in SE Asia. I had a problem with the UDP port being blocked by my local ISP preventing the update of my unit when I changed numbers. Mr. Jason Lane stayed after his normal shift so he could call me and assist me with this problem. As a result of his hard work I was up and running again in 24 hours.
Ever since the number change I have been having a problem with my new number. The area code I requested is in the 951 area code. Unfortnately 951 has about 6 different rate centers and mine was in one that was considered long distance when my daughter called it from her phone. Ms. Retemiah has been working with me for weeks and I can say nothing but great things about her help, professional, dedicated.
I am very happy and my wife loves that she can talk to our kids in Japan, Italy and California for about $.03 per minute, compared to $2.00 per minute just a few years ago. Go
