Right after we switch to daylight savings time I was having issues with my caller id times being an hour off so I put in a trouble ticket (yep, long time ago and did it via e-mail). This morning I woke up to the following email in my inbox from a Jennifer Bannani from Customer Service:
"Account terminated, verified.
Jennifer
ccr"
I grabbed the phone to be sure that everything was still up and running and it was. I just got off the phone with customer service (and I had no wait time at all---instant) and it appears this is a language issue. The CSR rep was probably trying to say that the ticket had been terminated since everything had been fixed.
Thought I would share this with others in case it comes up for someone else.

Hmm...not sure. I looked at the mail headers and it's coming from 216.115.26.249 which equates to mx2.vonage.com (one of the mail exchanges). Either they sent it or someone has hacked into their mail servers.
