Been waiting nearly 3 months now for my line number transfer. Called and emailed numerous times. Told the same old story - we've contacted the third party carrier and will get back to you as soon as we know anything. Begged them to call the carrier, but they won't do it - it's against company policy. Asked them to give me the name of the third party carrier and I'd call - no go, against company policy. My problem has supposedly been escalated twice now, but no one seems to really be willing to do anything other than email another department. The more I think about it, the more frustrated I get. In the big scheme of things, it's not that big of a deal, but I'm just incredulous that no one can give me any information at all. For three months now they've been emailing the third party carrier and getting no response and they refuse to do anything else. It's actually quite shocking.
Anyone have any suggestions? |

You can feel better by hitting you toe with a hammer. At least you can burn the hammer after. With Bonerage, you can only suffer like everyone else. I too have the same issue, nothing to do but either quit suffering by finding another vendor or keep wishing. |
