Hi all,

I signed up, and the first adapter that I received was bad, so they gave me an RA# for it and sent me a new one. The CSR said he would send me an email with the RA# that I could print out and attach to the package and postage is paid. I got the email, and it's basically instructions on how to return the package. It looks nothing like a mailing label. When I called customer service again, he put me on hold and came back and assured me that I could attach the email to the outside of the package and take it to the post office. Maybe I'm missing something, but this email is obviously not a shipping label, and I'm going to feel like an idiot if I bring this into the post office using instructions (in letter format) as my shipping label. Anyone been through this process that can confirm/deny my situation? Thanks!

I received the same thing. It took me 2 days to figure it out. There is a link that is not highlighted. It will open up the shipping label to print out.

Oh boy. I just called back and got a CSR who first told me that I had to pay shipping. When I asked how I get reimbursed, he had to talk to a supervisor. When he came back on he asked if I had paid the cancellation fee and I said "No." His reply was that I have to pay that fee to get reimbursed. I asked why I would pay a cancellation fee when I still have the service.

At that point I think he understood my situation. But even then, the reply was, "I think we will just credit your account for whatever you pay to mail it."

Guess I will try another call tomorrow. Maybe an email as well.
