So, what is the issue? Is it that dialing must be delayed? I notice on my modem for my laptop it will not detect a dialtone....

Any help would be appreciated....

UPDATE:

I changed the dialing prefix to 1-area code and DTiVo dialed out updated with no problem.

Also, the modem dial-out worked also tonite.
