Online dashboard/activity bugs

where do I report Vonage account online dashboard/activity/billing bugs?

I don't think there's a specific place. I would use Other at http://vonage.com/help_contactUs.php
what error is it?

These are the errors I've noticed:
(1) elapsed time of calls incorrect:

for example:
from the dashboard

Received Calls
Date Time From Duration (hh:mm:ss)

19-May-2005 23:23 0239******9 01:32:00
19-May-2005 20:45 0189******0 07:36:00

the last call says duration of call is 7hours 36mins! Lol

apart from the obvious thing that the next call was received while still on the call - according to the dashboard.

similarly

Placed Calls
23-May-2005 15:52 Voicemail 00:42:00
23-May-2005 15:52 Voicemail 00:34:00
23-May-2005 08:23 Voicemail 01:40:00

according to that I was on voicemail concurrently Lol

No way was I on those calls that long, and no - I didn't leave the phone off the hook.

Same call in activity shows a more reasonable and probably correct duration.

(2) National call shown as international call. (I got charged £0.10, I'm not too worried!)

I've raised the above 2 points with Customer Service by email but of course no response.

(3) not a bug - but why are 3 different ways of showing the same call data?!

I don't think it's possible to be on a call for more than 4 hours anyway. I believe Vonage disconnects in case there is an accidental off-hook call, and I believe the max is 4 hours...
