That is EXACTLY the point I was trying to make. People are suing Vonage because they didn't activate their 911 service. What makes you think people won't sue SunRocket, or whomever, because they moved or traveled and didn't change their address? People refuse to take any responsibility for their actions. They just look for some to sue. |

I think the only thing to make everyone happy would either be:
a) some type of IP location technology. Some have proposed this, but I just don't see it working. or:
b) GPS enabled Voip.
I am not an expert, but I cannot think of any other way for E911 to be enabled and work in every instance without interference by the customer.
Personally, I am happy with what Vonage has given me. |
