I am new to Vonage and just got my ATA 186 last night and set it up. I only made a few call but noticed an echo of the last thing that I said on my phone. I am on a cable modem (upstream 300k, downstream 800k) Is this normal? Is this fixable?

I appreciate the help.

Common? Yes. I've had echoing and robotic calls on odd ocassions - about once every 3 days or so, doesn't matter what time of day or my own network activity.

Fixable? Don't know. Maybe someone else here on this forum can answer that.
