Post subject: Troubles dialing last 2 days
Does anyone have information why the last 2 days it takes 2 to 3 attempts to place EVERY call ... and why as usual
Vonage
customer service has no clue and no answer.
SYMPTOM:
- Pick up phone and dial number ... get fast busy
- Hang up and dial same dumber again ... get dead air
- Hang up again and redial again ... and get through

Post subject: Same problem
I'm having the same problem. I have a dial tone but after I dial there's nothing but some background noise. I didn't work for about 10 minutes then all of a sudden it works. Then a bit later it was doing the same thing.
I have other problems too; 4 second delays and sometimes they other end can't hear me. But the delays are the most common problem. It's not bandwidth either. I just don't think
Vonage
has everything tuned right.
