Hello everyone...
First time vonage-forum guy here...
I have Adelphia Premiere Cable Service, usually 6 mbs down and 900 up, and I was speaking with one of my consultants (I am a recruiter) the other day and he asked if I was on my Vonage phone. He said that it was coming in a bit choppy, and said maybe I was on half duplex? Any help? I have noticed alot of people say I am breaking up on their end when I hear them just fine...

I go right from the Motorola Surfboard modem, to the Linksys RT3192 and have 2 lines connected, and one going from the router straight into the computer...any help would be GREATLY appreciated....

are you using your internet connection at all? you have a lot of bandwidth, but you evidently pay for premier for some reason, so just to clarify, what (if anything) are you doing internet/network-wise on these calls?
you could also try the middle setting in bandwidth saver located in the Vonage dashboard.
what are your detailed results from testyourvoip.com boston server?

Basicaly I usually have yahoo messenger open, and connect to a DB but it is not a continious connection. I pay for the extra bandwidth for Xbox live...
I have the setting on the middle setting on the dashboard already.

xbox live needs that kind of connection? wow.
anyway, you're showing some packet loss (discards, same thing as far as this matters) "from you to boston" which is indicative of people having problems hearing you. "from boston to you" is good and is right in line with what you mentioned about hearing others fine.
the best I can say is to run www.pingplotter.com over a period of time to try to diagnose where the loss is occuring, and going from there. unfortunately, Voip is highly dependent on a good connection, and any hiccup will show up (or be heard) on a call. once you figure out where the loss is occuring, hopefully your isp or the backbone owners themselves will attempt to correct it, but you can imagine how that might be.
for grins you can always check the internal web page of your surfboard and be sure all signals are in line with docsis 2.0

the rt31p2 also has a QoS feature (http://192.168.15.1, under apps and gaming) which reserves some of your bandwidth when you're on a call. I don't think this will affect you, but you can give it a shot. if it is already on, try turning it off.
