I just received my Linksys router from Vonage and have read up on the forums how some people got this working. My network is

Dlink 614+ (wireless)
Lan Ip address 192.168.0.5
dhcp enabled
range 192.168.0.100 to 192.168.0.200

DMZ is enabled
DMZ is set to 192.168.0.15 Intergrading

Linksy RT31P2 (vonage router)
Internet Connection Type is set to Dynamic

Lan Ip address is 192.168.0.15
DHCP server is Disabled
Nat is enabled.
Dynamic Routing is disabled.

Sendas,
Is your Dlink 614 NAT enabled? If yes, then you need to disable the NAT on the RT31P2.

Quote:

Lan Ip address 192.168.0.5
dhcp enabled
range 192.168.0.100 to 192.168.0.200

Why is your internet connection type set to Dynamic? It should be set to "Obtain an IP Automatically"

Quote:

DHCP server is Disabled
Nat is enabled.
Dynamic Routing is disabled.

You should disable NAT on your RT31P2.
Did you change its ip from 192.168.15.1 to 192.168.0.15?

Any reason why you didn't put the RT31P2 in between the cable/dsl modem and the Dlink 614?

I have it between the cable modem and my DI-524. That way the voice gets primary QOS benefits in the event the internet is heavily accessed.

Also when you power up the system it's very important to follow the order exactly.

1. Turn everything off.
2. Power up the modem and wait until all lights are solid.
3. Power up the DI-614 and wait until all ights are solid (disconnect all computers from the DI-614.
4. Power up the RT31P2 and wait until phone light is solid
5. Once all lights are solid and you have a dial tone then power up and connect all the computers to the DI-614.

Try this and let us know if it works.

Plug the WAN port of your RT31P2 into a LAN port on the D-Link. Set the RT31P2 to have a static IP of 192.168.0.5. Don't plug anything into the LAN ports on the RT31P2.

Enable R I P on BOTH routers.. that solved my problem. You might have to play around with the DNS / GATEWAY but I was having the same probem with my netgear wireless G router and the RT31P2. I have the internet going to the netgear then to the RT31P2 then to the computer. Enabled RIP 2, walla. works like a champ.. now i have to fix my lagging im getting in Counter Strike Source.

You should switch it to where the Linksys P2 is ahead of the Dlink router and where the Dlink router is in the DMZ of the Linksys P2 so that you get the benefit of QoS.

I have exactly the same configuration and in my case I connected Linksys Internet port to LAN port of my DLINK and DLINK WAN port to DSL modem.
Also I opened ports 10000-20000 (udp), 5061-5062 (udp)
123 (udp), 69 (udp) on my DLINK wireless router and everything is working.
When I tried to put Linksys router in between my DSL modem and DLINK router I couldn't make it happen as my Linksys router would not have Internet connectivity.
