Ok, so I got a voice message a couple weeks ago and got the stuttering dialtone, when first picking up the receiver(Motorola 1005 ATA). I went in and deleted the VM. BUT, the stuttering tone still happens, every single time I pick up the receiver to dial out. It stutters about 8-10 times, then becomes a solid dialtone again.
I did listen to the voicemail ONLINE and then delete it. I did not use the dialin voicemail system. I wonder if this is why.
Anyone else with this issue? |

sometimes my stutter tone will hang, even on panasonic phones, if i delete it via web. just do the *123, access it, if it says no messages, * out to exit and see if it clears it. also, your phone might have a feature to clear messages. you can try that. if that doesn't work, call support and see if you need a tweak.
