When talking on my phone the person on the other end is so loud I have to hold the phone away from my ear. Is there any way to correct this?

you have to contact customer service but they can adjust it. it's called fxs gain, and it can be controlled on incoming or outgoing indpendantly.here's a detailed thread if you're interested:
