signed up for Vonage 5/2/05 and received the phone adapter today. I was kind of hesitant to finally take the Vonage plunge but i did. after trying several confg. I was able to get the phone adapter and my wireless router to work together but I could not receive incoming calls. called tech support(only about a 10 min hold.) twice .changed this.... reset that..... but no luck with incoming calls. Called again but this time a 15 min hold......change this and little bit of that. but wait, what was your problem again.hmmmmm? I cant receive incoming calls. Oh that's because your real phone # is not ported yet and you need to use the virtual# until it is. Dah.... Why didn't they say that in the first place. Now the servise works great for the time being.will see? But I hope i works out with minimum problems because to this point the service is as good it not better than POTS.
