Post subject: VPN and the RT31P2 (fmw: 1.28)
I've seen a few threads on this subject, but they either involved hosting a VPN or some other firmware version.
I'm just try to connect to a VPN server through the router. It authenticates, but then says that the "Gateway is not responding. Connection failed."
It's interesting because I can connect through an open random wireless signal, but I can connect when plugged directly in.
Any ideas???
Thanks,

I have the same problem.
I get the following error message:
Secure VPN connection terminated locally by the client.
Reason: Failed to establish a TCP connection
