All circuits are busy...

i'm wondering what all phone carriers are you suing that you are calling to the Vonage line from, i seem to be having problems from Verizon wireless and cingular

I can't speak for incoming calls, nobody has told me that they receive the message. I receive the error when I try to dial out.

I sent Vonage an email and they uploaded something to my router which seemed to make the problem a bit better but I still get "All Circuits are busy" I also get "the international number can not be dialed because international is turned off" when I am not dialing an international number. In both situations, after several attempts of hitting my redial button the call goes through. I think they have some problem on some routing servers they use and perhaps I hit another one that works after redialling or their messages are wrong. See my above post for my area codes in the Chicago area.
