We recently installed Vonage and are very pleased so far. I really like the email alerts when a voicemail arrives. Unfortunately you can only enter one email address and my wife would like to receive alerts also. I've setup a rule in Outlook to forwarded messages from Vonage to her email, but that doesn't always work Any suggestions?

it doesn't always work? that's a problem within itself. as far as Vonage goes though, there is no option for multiple email addresses. |

I have this very situation working with gmail. I have a rule in my gmail account which forwards all *vonage.com email to another account. Works like a charm! |

I've also done the same with my RoadRunner account. I setup an additional email address through their management interface, then went into their webmail interface and setup multiple forward email addresses. This forwards all incoming emails to multiple accounts, and it doesn't retain anything in the inbox so the mailbox that is used for voice mail is always empty, and there's no need to keep a client running since it's all done on RoadRunner's servers. |
