Post subject: call forwarding and voice mail
Whenever I travel, I forward my
Vonage
calls to my Verizon cell phone. No problems at all as long as I am in my home area (Balt./Washington). But, when I am outside the area, my Verizon voice mail tells me that I have received a message and the caller ID displays the number that called, BUT Verizon tells me that the message is invariably 6 seconds long and, invariably, there is no message. I call the caller back through caller ID and they insist they did in fact leave me a voice mail. Any ideas?
